When connecting to your disk space via FTP, place your files in the "public" directory. |

How do I connect to my account via FTP? |

Any type of FTP software, such as Cute FTP or Leech FTP, will allow you to connect to your account. The FTP address is your domain name without the www.; your username is also your domain name without the www.; and your password is the one you selected when you placed your order (unless you changed it in the control panel). |

What is bandwidth? |

Bandwidth is the amount of data that is transferred between your Web browser and the Web server. With your hosting plan, you receive a set amount of data transfer per month. This limit is rarely exceeded, even if you have a large site with many visitors. However, if your limit is exceeded due to an excessive number of visitors on your Website, you will be charged for the extra bandwidth. If the limit is not exceeded, you will not be charged. Please refer to the plan comparison page for more information on maximum allowable data transfers per month and the cost of additional bandwidth. |
